What makes someone decide to Judge? Essential reading!

As part of "The Way Forward - WGUK Judging" programme a number of Guard staff have come forward to go through the training programme. For the 2009 season we had 3 or 4 people who, as well as teaching their respective units, also judged the Classes in which the units they taught did not compete.
