Both
UK groups make World Championships Finals
After making their way through the first preliminary round at
the WGI World Championships, yesterday (9th April) both British
units were fighting it out against 23 others to secure a place
in their respective Finals and be amongst the top 15 in their
class.
In the Independent World Class Mayflower moved up the
rankings from Prelims to be in 14th Place whilst Northern Academy,
in the Independent
Open Class, came in 15th and grabbed the last spot in their
class. Commiserations to The Pride from the Netherlands
who missed out on a Independent
Open Finals place by 0.3 points.
