Following the success of the 2026 WGUK Future Leaders Programme, we’re delighted to announce that applications are now open for the 2027 Future Leaders Programme!
The programme offers Future Leaders a unique insight into the commitment WGUK makes to its membership, taking participants on a seasonal journey through our national circuit and providing an opportunity to learn more about the organisation behind the activity.
With exciting new initiatives planned for the 2027 and 2028 seasons, there has never been a better time to get involved, work alongside like-minded and passionate colleagues, share your ideas and help shape the future of our activity.
What can you expect?
- As a Future Leader, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in: Monthly FLP Zoom meetings
- A variety of engaging topics, discussions and presentations
- Opportunities to meet and engage with WGUK Board members throughout the programme
- Greater insight into the organisation and operation of the WGUK national circuit
- The opportunity to contribute ideas, share your experience and help shape the future of our activity
